District personnel along with Poe Fire Dept. were dispatched to the Baer Field Speedway on a report of smoke in the area. Fort Wayne International Public Safety units responded and found a small building on fire near the grandstands. PSD initially fought the fire with a crash truck until District units arrived and finished extinguishing the fire. The building received heavy fire damage.
