We are currently accepting applications for Career Firefighter/Paramedic
2025 Full-Time Benefits:
$72,100 - $82,100 / year
2025 PERF 77 Pension Base: $82,100
-Individual and Family Health Insurance
-PERF 77 Pension (50% of Required Employee Contribution Payed by Department)
-Full-time schedule 24/48 rotation
-Longevity pay up to $10,000/year and Holiday Pay
-Vacation and Personal Days
-Onsite Fitness and Training Facilities
Minimum Education and Experience:
1. High School Graduate or GED equivalent
2. Indiana Paramedic License
3. Firefighter I/II, HAZMAT Ops/Awareness
4. Possession of a valid State Driver’s License
5. BLS and ACLS provider certifications
6. NIMS 100, 200, 700, 800
7. Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Must be between 18-40 years old to apply for full-time position due to PERF 77 application rules. Age limit is not a factor if lateral transfer already in PERF 77 Fund pension.

Part-Time Firefighter/AEMT- $21.63 / hour
Part-Time Firefighter/EMT- $20.60 / hour
Part-Time Benefits:
-12 and 24 Hour Shifts Available
-Holiday Pay
-Onsite Fitness and Training Facilities
